My Story – Why I Get It
Hi MAMA! 👋 I’m Louise—and yep, that’s me on the left, back in 2015..weighing over 132kgs!
Let me tell you, I’ve been there.
My weight loss struggles have been the story of my life. By 2015, I’d tried all the diets (seriously, name one—I’ve done it 🙈).
At that point, I was ready to throw in the towel and say, why even bother?
But then, I met a coach who completely flipped the script for me. 🙌He showed me how to lift weights 🏋️♀️ (instead of punishing myself with hours of cardio 🏃♀️💨) and lose weight while eating food I actually liked. 🍕🍫 Game changer!

Now? I’m a mama to the most beautiful little boy 🍼👶 and living my best postpartum journey. And let me tell you, being a mum has opened my eyes to the REAL struggles of juggling fitness with family, full-time work 💻, sleepless nights 💤, and those never-ending daycare bugs (if you know, you know 🤧).
